The products that you can quickly return without facing any problems are:

- 2. If you need a different item from the ordered one.
- 3. Not as described products (if the tarpaulin is of a different size from the one for which you have placed an order)
Please provide evidence, like photographs, that you received the wrong or damaged product.
The product’s packing material must be in the same condition as when received.
You should ensure that the tarpaulin you purchased is in unused condition and in its original packaging box. Make sure you have the original receipt.
You have to place a return request. After authorisation, you can return it to our address, which we will send you by email.
After careful inspection and approval of the return, we will call or email you. If you need an exchange for a different size of tarpaulin, then let us know. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
